At WorkHound, we are honored to be recognized for our remarkable growth and unwavering commitment to driving innovation and supporting clients across frontline workforce industries. We are thrilled to announce that we will be featured on the Financial Times’ Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies 2023 list, which ranks the top 500 companies in the Americas with the highest compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenues between 2018 and 2021. Out of the 500 companies that made this year’s list, we ranked at #233, signifying extraordinary growth against the over 7,000 public companies across 20 countries that were considered.
Our Co-Founder and CEO Max Farrell expressed his excitement about the recognition, saying, “We’re thrilled to be recognized as one of The Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies. This is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team at WorkHound and the support of our valued customers.”
WorkHound’s success story can be attributed to our dedication to amplifying workers’ voices across North America and helping them love the work they do. Our focus is to create real-time feedback loops, enabling workers to be heard and allowing companies to take meaningful action based on the feedback they receive.
Max Farrell continued, “At WorkHound, we understand the challenges frontline industries face in retaining their workers. We see these hurdles as opportunities to innovate and provide tailored solutions for our clients. Our commitment to growth remains steadfast, and we will continue working closely with our customers to better understand how measuring employee feedback can be of value for all employers.”
In 2022, WorkHound secured a Series A investment, which affirmed our direction and the value we provide to customers. This financial boost enabled us to expand our team, deliver more value to clients, and maintain a formulaic yet flexible approach and operating structure. In addition to this milestone, we were recently recognized on the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States.
Our ability to adapt and evolve is critical to this growth. New team members have joined the company, identifying ways to improve and even creating new positions based on emerging opportunities and needs. This attitude has played a significant role in our ability to scale while staying true to our mission and passion for helping workers.
Looking ahead, WorkHound plans to continue expanding our reach and support various workforce members, such as office staff, technicians, and warehouse workers. By continually refining the feedback and engagement platform, we aim to strengthen its impact on the frontline workforce industries. WorkHound is also set to roll out advanced analytics and new ways to respond to feedback, positioning us for continued growth and success in 2023 and beyond.
WorkHound’s achievements and progress demonstrate the power of a strong company culture that puts both our workers and your workers first. By listening to the voices of the workforce and following workforce trends during challenging times, WorkHound has managed to grow at an impressive pace despite volatile economic conditions. Ranking #233 on the Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies 2023 list is yet another testament to the impact WorkHound has on the frontline workforce industries and a further affirmation that we are headed in the right direction.
