This communication is delivered via text message with a link that workers can click at their convenience to reply anonymously. While the feedback survey and link are resent on a regular basis, the links are always live and workers can use any link indefinitely.
For more focused insights, WorkHound also has Targeted Feedback functionality. This anonymous option gives leaders the opportunity to pose custom business questions to workers in the same text message format, helping capture key workforce insights about specific company initiatives, policies, workplace dynamics and more.
Workers use WorkHound through their phone! No smartphone or app required. WorkHound sends an outbound text message (SMS) to the workforce, and workers simply click the link to reply with their feedback for the week.
